Může se tahle ta značka dát pryč aby jsem ten obrázek zralý viděla? Nemám 13,14,15 let i kdyžž se to nezdá podle narození, tak bych to chtěla vidět. I další značkou aby se dala pryč u všech zralých obrázků.
Question;
if someone has this tag on some of their arts, does that mean that even if someone would ask for permission to use it (let's say in a youtube video or a book cover) and also give out the credit of the artist, they can't do anyway?

hmm if they gave you prior permission, in my opinion that means you have rights based upon what you got permission for. And as long as you have proof it should be okay. As I feel this kind of notice is usually for people who don't try to ask first, and feel they are entitled to others artwork without respect to the artist.
